Infused with green plum extract, known for its hydrating and soothing qualities, this low pH cleansing oil maintain the skin’s natural balance, promoting a healthy, radiant complexion without stripping away moisture.

Green Plum extract : Natural ingredient provides antioxidant protection and helps to nourish and hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and looking bright and radiant.  It also helps soften old dead skin cells and moisturizes your skin for a radiant complexion.

LHA : It is a mildly acidic exfoliating ingredient that gently removes sebum and dry flakes without irritation.

NATURAL OIL COMPLEX : It contains 10 botanical oils that can help with a variety of skin concerns and regulate oil and moisture for a fresh and gentle feel.

Once your package leaves Korea, please track its progress via the carrier and contact your local courier directly with any delivery-related questions.

• Checkout estimates (DDP): Where possible, we operate on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — estimated duties are calculated and collected at checkout for your convenience. Final amounts assessed by local customs may differ from this estimate, and any discrepancy remains the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Related to Shipping & Customs 

We cannot offer full refunds for "change of mind" returns or for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties once shipping has begun. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customs duties paid at checkout are remitted to government agencies and cannot be refunded by OOTD Beauty. For customs duty refunds, please contact your local customs office directly.

• Refused deliveries: If a package is returned or discarded by local customs due to non-payment of duties, OOTD Beauty is not liable, and the order is not eligible for a refund.

• A base shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, excluding certain regions in Europe and South America. Fees are tiered by package weight, with higher rates for select regions in Europe and South America. 

• Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping

※ Europe & South America exception: Shipping to select regions in Europe and South America uses a higher rate tier ranging from $9.99 to $21.99. Free shipping is not available for these regions, and a 4 kg weight limit applies per order.

※ Any additional import duties, taxes, and other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders ship from South Korea. Your exact shipping cost — based on destination and package weight — will be calculated and shown in your cart at checkout.

Please note: tracking updates may pause or appear delayed while your package clears customs after leaving Korea.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, customs procedures, or carrier-related issues. 

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries 

Once an order has been processed (Fulfilled), the shipping address cannot be modified. Refunds are not possible for delivery failures caused by address errors.
