[Shipping Policy]

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship from South Korea and may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. By placing an order, you agree to comply with your country's import regulations. Because these rules vary by country, it is the customer's responsibility to understand the regulations that apply in their region.

Once your package leaves Korea, please track its progress via the carrier and contact your local courier directly with any delivery-related questions.

  • Customer responsibility: All import duties, VAT, and customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Checkout estimates (DDP): Where possible, we operate on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — estimated duties are calculated and collected at checkout for your convenience. Final amounts assessed by local customs may differ from this estimate, and any discrepancy remains the customer's responsibility.


Refunds Related to Shipping & Customs 

We cannot offer full refunds for "change of mind" returns or for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties once shipping has begun. 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customs duties paid at checkout are remitted to government agencies and cannot be refunded by OOTD Beauty. For customs duty refunds, please contact your local customs office directly.

  • Refused deliveries: If a package is returned or discarded by local customs due to non-payment of duties, OOTD Beauty is not liable, and the order is not eligible for a refund.


International Returns & Exchanges 

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ootdbeauty.com and include your order number. To process your inquiry, please attach the following photos: 

  1. The exterior of the shipping box, clearly showing the tracking number 

  2. All items inside, as originally packaged upon delivery 

  3. The damaged or incorrect product

We may be unable to process compensation without these images, so please take photos before discarding any packaging.

Shipping Fees

  • A base shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, excluding certain regions in Europe and South America. Fees are tiered by package weight, with higher rates for select regions in Europe and South America. 

  • Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping

Europe & South America exception: Shipping to select regions in Europe and South America uses a higher rate tier ranging from $9.99 to $21.99. Free shipping is not available for these regions, and a 4 kg weight limit applies per order.

※ Any additional import duties, taxes, and other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders ship from South Korea. Your exact shipping cost — based on destination and package weight — will be calculated and shown in your cart at checkout.

Shipping Rates by Region (orders under $100) 

  • Asia & Other Regions — $6.99 flat rate 

  • United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand — tiered by weight: 

    • Under 1 kg: $6.99

    • 1 kg up to 3 kg: $10.99

    • Over 3kg: $15.99

  • Europe & South America — tiered by weight (free shipping not available; 4 kg max per order): 

    • Under 1 kg: $9.99

    • 1 kg up to 2 kg: $15.99

    • 2 kg to 4 kg: $21.99


Delivery Time 

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on flight schedules and customs processing in the destination country, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Please note: tracking updates may pause or appear delayed while your package clears customs after leaving Korea.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, customs procedures, or carrier-related issues. 

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries 

Once an order has been processed (Fulfilled), the shipping address cannot be modified. Refunds are not possible for delivery failures caused by address errors.
