HOW TO USE

1. Open the cap at the top of the product or press the mode button for 2 seconds to turn on the power.
2. Press the LV button to select your desired intensity (starts from Level 1 with LED light indicator).
3. Apply your regular serum, ampoule, or hydrating cream evenly onto your skin before use (no separate conductive gel needed; works with your own skincare).
   How to Use by Mode:
   3-1 Glow Mode: After placing the head gently against the skin, move slowly using a light stamping motion in sync with the buzzer sound.
   3-2 Lifting Mode & Contour Mode: After placing the head on the skin, gently glide and massage along your skin texture and facial contours.
   
4. Routine Timing: Use on one side of your face for 6 minutes. When you hear the buzzer sound, move to the other side for another 6 minutes (Total 12 minutes across cheeks, eye area, forehead, and neck). After 12 minutes, the session ends automatically with a buzzer sound.
5. Post-Care: After using the device, gently pat in any remaining skincare product until fully absorbed. Wipe any skincare residue from the device head with a soft cloth or tissue.
6. Close the cap or press the mode button for more than 2 seconds to turn off the power.

All orders ship from South Korea and may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. By placing an order, you agree to comply with your country's import regulations. Because these rules vary by country, it is the customer's responsibility to understand the regulations that apply in their region.

Once your package leaves Korea, please track its progress via the carrier and contact your local courier directly with any delivery-related questions.

• Customer responsibility: All import duties, VAT, and customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Checkout estimates (DDP): Where possible, we operate on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — estimated duties are calculated and collected at checkout for your convenience. Final amounts assessed by local customs may differ from this estimate, and any discrepancy remains the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Related to Shipping & Customs 

We cannot offer full refunds for "change of mind" returns or for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties once shipping has begun. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customs duties paid at checkout are remitted to government agencies and cannot be refunded by OOTD Beauty. For customs duty refunds, please contact your local customs office directly.

• Refused deliveries: If a package is returned or discarded by local customs due to non-payment of duties, OOTD Beauty is not liable, and the order is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees

• A base shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, excluding certain regions in Europe and South America. Fees are tiered by package weight, with higher rates for select regions in Europe and South America. 

• Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping

※ Europe & South America exception: Shipping to select regions in Europe and South America uses a higher rate tier ranging from $9.99 to $21.99. Free shipping is not available for these regions, and a 4 kg weight limit applies per order.

※ Any additional import duties, taxes, and other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders ship from South Korea. Your exact shipping cost — based on destination and package weight — will be calculated and shown in your cart at checkout.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
