To ensure you the lowest shipping cost and fast delivery, #OOTD use Korea Post "K-packet". You will be received with a receipt and tracking information after the transactions go through. The package will be dropped off at your door without needing a signature in case absence of the recipient. However, #OOTD is not responsible for lost items.


We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date. Also, these transit times do not include Customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure from Korea because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.
