- Start with dry hands and a dry face.
Do not wet your face before applying the cleansing oil. This allows the oil to effectively dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and excess sebum.
- Dispense an appropriate amount of oil into your palm.
Usually 2–3 pumps or about a coin-sized amount is enough.
- Gently massage the oil onto your face.
Using circular motions, work the oil into your skin for 30 seconds to 1 minute, focusing on areas with heavy makeup or clogged pores.
- Add a small amount of water to emulsify.
Wet your hands and continue massaging. The oil will turn milky as it emulsifies, helping to lift away dirt and impurities.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Make sure to rinse off all the oil completely.
- (Optional) Follow up with a water-based cleanser.
For double cleansing, use a gentle foaming cleanser as the second step.
