USAGE TIP

1. Open the cap at the top of the product or press the mode button for 2 seconds to turn it on.
2. Press LV button, then it can use from level 1 with showing LED light up.
3. The usage method slightly varies depending on the selected mode. Below is a brief guide for each mode.
   3-1 Glow Mode
   After attaching the ceramic to the skin, move slowly using the stamp method in
   accordance with the buzzer sound.
   3-2 Lifting & Countour Mode
   After attaching the ceramic to the skin, gently rub and massage along the
   skin texture.
   
4. Using it on one side of your face for 6 minutes and after you hear a buzzer, move to other side of your face. After a total of 12 minutes of use, use ends with a buzzer sound. (Cheeks - Eyes - Forehead - Neck)
5. After using for 12 minutes, remove any remaining gel and implants from the device.  The gel remaining on the skin is water-soluble and can be gently rubbed or wiped so that it is absorbed into the skin. Remove any gel stained from the device with a soft cloth or tissue.
6. Close cap of the product or press the mode button for more than 2 seconds to turn off the power.

We cannot offer full refunds for "change of mind" returns or for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties once shipping has begun.

• A base shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, excluding certain regions in Europe and South America. Fees are tiered by package weight, with higher rates for select regions in Europe and South America. 

• Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping

※ Europe & South America exception: Shipping to select regions in Europe and South America uses a higher rate tier ranging from $9.99 to $21.99. Free shipping is not available for these regions, and a 4 kg weight limit applies per order.

※ Any additional import duties, taxes, and other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
